Airbnb-like travel platform for nature stays and experiences that inspire discovery and wonder.
Conducted in-depth market surveys and customer discovery interviews for this airbnb-like travel platform rooted in a mission to connect guests with nature experiences, natural food resources and elicit child-like joy and wonder; thus the name Yonder. Led the product development product-market fit assessment, report and presentation to the Board of Directors, Executive Team, Developers and stakeholders. The Report & Roadmap included the lean canvas business model, problem-solution interviews, qualitative and quantitative data and insights, customer profiles, product roadmap, MVP and multi-phase feature timeline. Led visual brand visioning and messaging, host engagement strategy, and multi-channel content marketing strategy.
